When you reach your twenties does your period become dependent on birth control to keep it regular?

When taking birth control you dont have a 'true' period. You have a withdrawal bleed each month when you take a break from the pill. This clears the uterus (which is important to reduce the risks of endometrial cancer) each month. To have a true period you have to go through the natural cycle of ovulation, thickening and loss of the lining of the uterus.

Birth control is a good way to regulate your bleeding if you have irregular periods. By the time you reach your twenties most people will have a regular cycle and dont need birth control unless they are using it to protect from pregnancy. When you reach your twenties does your period become dependent on birth control to keep it regular?
..Imagine a female animal out in the wild. Do you really think they have access to birth control? When you reach your twenties does your period become dependent on birth control to keep it regular?
No. If you go off the pill it will take time to get back a normal period, but that is true with every age.
