Is it dangerous to take two birth control pills at once if you miss one the day before?

I missed taking my pill last night, and I hate having pills left over in my pack. Is it wrong/dangerous to take two pills the next time?Is it dangerous to take two birth control pills at once if you miss one the day before?
you hate having left over pills? does this happen alot? if you read the information or listened to your gyno you would now that if you forget a pill you need to take the one you missed and the one for that day as soon as possible and you should use condoms during sex because you wont be as protected against pregnancy nowIs it dangerous to take two birth control pills at once if you miss one the day before?
It's not dangerous but try not to take both at the same time because it can make you nauseous and sick. Take one when you remember and wait a couple of hours and take the one for that day and you will be ok
you don't need to take two at once... its pointless. hormones aren't like taking an excedrin or something.. you don't need more to make up for the missed day lol... just take the regular dose
Its not at all dangerous......just need your back up plan a condom lol =)

If you would read your informational pamphlet that came with your pills, you'd know it's okay to ';double-up'; and that it's what you are supposed to do.
According to the birth controls that I have been on (Alesse, one no name brand, and Tri-Cyclen lo) all of them said that if you forget to take a pill, you are suppose to take it as soon as you remember. This means that you may end up taking two the same day or even at the same time. This is not wrong or dangerous, and if you are having sex and using it as a birth control then it would be 'worse' if you were to not take it.

Hope this helps, and good luck : )
