Pregnancy is about 10 months long right? So suppose a couple wants a Libra kid, they could mate in December and the woman gets pregnant and has the baby next year on October. Possible..but not fool proof...even if they mate when they are supposed to...the woman may not get pregnant..if she does get pregnant..there is a chance she could have the baby early..or have the baby late
It could be possible.
but some people have their kids early and some late so it just depends.
