Does it cost anything to call Animal Control to come pick up a stray?

A female stray keeps breaking in to our property. She can fit through the metal bars.

I have fed her but she can't stay cause she keeps chasing my cats and eating our shoes.

It shouldn't cast you anything, but make sure you have the dog already caught. For some reason, animal control won't catch strays unless they have already caused harm to someone or something. At least where I live, they don't want to work for their pay. Does it cost anything to call Animal Control to come pick up a stray?
No, it shouldn't. If you are worried, still, you may place it as an anonymous caller as long as you state where the dog is specifically.

If you can find out how the stray keeps getting into your yard, perhaps block it off for the time being. Although cute, you can't be sure that the dog is free of any unwanted diseases and I'm sure you wouldn't want anything to happen to your own animals.
no it's free. you shouldn't have fed her though, feeding a stray encourages her to return.

maybe you can help get her a new home after the ACO picks her up so she doesn't get put to sleep
Doesn't cost anything
It's free to call animal control.
Nope, that is why you pay taxes.
No not a thing
